What is Shweshwe?

 

A South African cotton cloth dyed and printed in large varieties of pattern and colour.

Originally recognized by the indigo hue, the “Tartan of South Africa” is robust in texture and vibrant in design. Reflected in traditional clothing, haute couture and street wear this historic cloth authenticates the design process with quality pieces that are fit for royalty.
